Please write clearly and politely.

Provide a neat reference.

Don't send texts that are too long and messy.

Bad behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be forfeited if it occurs.

Follow the rules that have been set.

If you fail to follow the rules set, I reserve the right to refuse your commission.

All commissions must be paid in full up front.

Accepted currencies are eWallet Points and USD.

Payment with Points can only be made via the commission widget, unless stated otherwise.

Work in Progress (WIP) will only be provided if the customer requests it directly and if the commission price exceeds $50 or 5000 Points.

WIP can also be provided if I, as the artist, have questions regarding the commission.

Commission completion time can take up to 3 months, depending on various factors such as:

Health,

Commission order,

Complexity,

Work or family problems.

If any issues occur as mentioned above, you will be notified as soon as possible.

I will do my best to make customers satisfied.

However, once the commission is completed, only minor changes are allowed, such as:

Color correction or minor markings.

Major changes will incur additional charges, including:

Change of clothes,

Addition or subtraction of elements,

Background change,

A major change that required me to completely redraw it.

If the initial reference provided is not clear, you are not allowed to request minor changes without additional charges.

Make sure your order is clear from the start.

I, as an artist, have full rights to the work created, not the customer.

Therefore, I have the right to:

Use the work for promotion anywhere.

Publish it in a book.

Display it anywhere I want.

Posting it on whatever platform I choose.

The orderer is allowed to:

Use the work only for personal purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

Printed the work and claimed rights to their own characters, but not to the illustrations.

Using the work for self-promotion by giving credit to me as the artist.

Copyright infringement includes:

Using the work commercially without permission (including selling or profiting from it).

Claiming that you created the work.

Remove my signature or watermark.

Changing the work without my permission.

Commercial usage rights can be purchased for 300% of the original price.

With commercial rights, you are allowed to:

Make merchandise from the work.

Use it in your books, covers, properties or brand promotions.

Edit or change it as needed.

However, credit to me is still required, even if the work has been edited or modified.

Personal commissions are always subject to an additional charge of 50% of the original price.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the commission at any time.

The customer has no right to cancel or request a refund once payment has been received.

If payment has not been made, the customer has the right to cancel the commission.

If you chargeback me:

Your rights to all works I have ever created for you will be revoked.

I have the right to sell the work to other buyers.

You will be prohibited from ordering commissions from me again.

Your name will be published so that others can be careful.

I have the right to file a formal complaint and defend my rights to the payment that has been made.
